Great Horror Games on Playstation 3 by The Things in the Basement
This will be a short review. When it comes to Playstation 3, there is only one great game, and fortunately, that game is a horror release. Dead Space! This game absolutely rocks. The game is scary. The story line keeps you interested. The voice acting is superb. The visuals are incredible. The game play fantastic. The one downside: it's too short.
Of course, you can play this game on XBox and the PC as well. No matter what your platform, play this game!
If you're into horror, the other must have extension for the Playstaion 3 is a remote control since the only other thing it does well is play BluRay movies.
Yeah, there's Metal Gear (again) and Grand Theft Auto IV (yawn), but they aren't horror. There's Condemned and Silent Hill, but they aren't that good. Some talk about Valve's Left 4 Dead, but that's XBox 360. And everyone has high hopes for Resident Evil 5, but for now Dead Space rules the horror gaming genre. Don't agree? Hey, don't mess with the things in the basement! © 2009 by The Things |
